- if you're a bus, you don't have to be there !!
- after the traffic lights, the double-track way becomes a one-track way.

I've read an article in a French magazine about the suspended shoes. I took this photo at La Butte-Aux-Cailles street. It seems that this same phenomenon appeared in several cities (Vancouver, San Francisco, Sydney, London etc...). The object of this installation is not clear and there is several explanations : a den of a drug dealer, a marriage, end of school... I don't know if another Daily City Blog has post something about it.

This line of poles is here to prevent the car to park on the sidewalk. It grows more and more on our sidewalks, for the protection of the passer-by because the parisian driver is a little bit undisciplined and can't help to park on the pavement.

It looks like a water-field or a geyser but it's only a broken water-main. It's very noisy and powerfull. Usually, the scavengers open it to dry the rubbishes, but today, it's for the cleaning of these two cars ...

"Voodoo Doll" - April March

One of the funny surprise in the streets. I found this doll in Lappe street, in Bastille district this morning and she was all alone. Perhaps she was waiting for something or someone (maybe ; we didn't talk much).
