"The Viking" - Lars Fredericksen & The Bastards



If you look up in the streets of Paris you'll find these little mosaics on the walls.
I don't know who does it because some places are very hard to have acceed : congratulations !

I'm so glad that you showed these! I forgot to look for them the last time I was there but apparently there are quite a few where I stayed (4th). Oh well...next time.

I hope you will show us some of the 20th...I've never been there. :-) <----My eyes look really close together....

Those are space invaders! Started by unidentified (as far as I know)Paris-based graffiti artist(s). they also 'invade' cities around the world.
check out http://www.space-invaders.com/som.html, or do a search for space-invaders/street art on flickr. There are plenty of people around the world hunting' them and posting pictures on flickr. I took a ton of pictures of space invaders last time I was in Paris. It's fun to look for them--makes you pay attention to parts of the city you wouldn't normally look at. I've also seen them in Berlin, Geneva, London, Ljubljana...I really like the one you posted. Also like the idea of using song names for the titles of you posts.
